Ahillin I learned that we have a beautiful nature in the ocean that we do not know at all that exist but in the aquarium we saw different fishes and many aquatic animals that I did not know existed in the ocean but now I know they exist.

Well what can I say about the trip to Baltimore… Well, I guess I’m going to talk about my experience that I had yesterday when we met Mama Maria. She’s a master teacher that was called to do a workshop for us. I remember yesterday morning I wasn’t myself not only yesterday but even the day before that. I remember I was in peace with myself and everything. When I met Mama Maria everything had change. My thoughts, my behavior, my thinking about certain people etc… And all of that was because of her meditation. I’m really glad that I met her and had time to meditate with her and my peers.

Yesterday was a wonderful day, I enjoyed a lot at some point. At first, I woke up at 7AM to go to breakfast at 8:00. After that, my friends and I went to the gym, to do everything but excercise, haha. Then, we got two hours to relax before we take off to Center Stage. After the long day we had yesterday, We went to eat Italian food, which was delicious, but I am a person who gets full easily. Anyways, it was a long day full of good things, accompanied with bad things, but that's how life works.

Ashley’s Baltimore Trip Blog

So far the trip has been nothing but superb. At every hour there’s a new excitement, a new experience waiting for us to explore. I am beyond grateful for this experience. First, I’d like to highlight the staff and express the deep gratitude I have towards them! For constantly keeping and eye on me and always showing a positive attitude even when it’s hard. I also, thank them for treating me like a grown-up sometimes. I’d like to complement the jovial group of youth that came on this trip because they are just so awesome. I love them all and I love how accepting and social they all are. Even the shy ones get out of their shell. Besides that, we have been working with a group of kids from Center Stage Theater, which has been awesome! Baltimore has talent! Again, It’s a pleasure to be here with the people I’m with and I hope to experience many more adventures with this group.

Celeste’s Baltimore trip blog

Yesterday was filled with a lot of activities. We got a tour of Center Stage, got to participate in master classes, watched rehearsals, and got to watch 4000 miles. It was a long day, but it was fun. Although, I wish I participated and got more comfortable around people. I get extremely nervous around people I don’t know and it held me back. What really resonated with me was Mama Maria’s master theater class. The meditation we did helped me gain peace with myself, others that have hurt me and the people I love.
