What basic life things (e.g. showering), if anything, did dysphoria mess with and make difficult?

dysphoria problems: clothing in general (nothing fits/feels right ever), grooming + anything involving looking in a mirror, cannot do exercise, cannot handle being touched in certain ways (social interaction ie hugging or any kind of physical medical exam), sometimes cannot speak due to vocal dysphoria
Basic life things vs: dysphoria: sleeping is a big one for me. Sometimes I toss and turn for hours trying to find a comfortable position that doesn't make me uncomfortably aware of certain body parts. As for other things: showering, using the toilet, getting dressed or undressed, talking (even just talking to myself), concentrating on work or school (or anything really) is almost impossible if I'm already having a bad dysphoria day.
Basic life things dysphoria messed with: using the toilet. Even back when I was a tiny kid. I'd avoid using the restroom if at all possible. Showering, of course. And buckling up in the car.
