Working on a Mechsplo self insert
Version without the CRT filter under the cut
So I'm looking at this rather heavy hybrid cannon, on a totally unrelated note do you have any tips on increasing the load limit on the arms for cheap?
I know you probably dont do mercenary work, but I thought I'd give it a shot!
-Still need a callsign, sorry
A shoulder mount is usually better for heavier ordnance. That being said, if you're hellbent on putting it on one of the arms, your best bet would be to get some heavier hydraulics, though keep in mind the bigger they are the more sluggish. If your machine even uses hydraulics. I know some use synthetic muscle, but I'm not as familiar with that.
Merc work would be a godsend but if I go AWOL I'm as good as fucked...
What is your favorite thing to install on a mech?
I have a soft spot for cannons. Guns are something's I'm very familiar with from my upbringing, and believe it or not some of the first things I fixed. I even built a handmade flintlock when I was sixteen.
Now, on a mech, most ballistic weapons could probably be considered cannons, even the rifles and mounted rotaries don't usually go below twenty-mill, but I can't help but be excited when I get to work on a big, beautiful one-oh-five~

Is it bad to ask for asks?
Btw, just to make sure if it's not clear: send all the asks you want, I'll do my best to answer them
