Sometimes it frustrates me that as a biological therian, I can’t make the sounds of my types or move totally as them. If I am an orca, a harpy eagle, great horned owl, or Gila monster… I should be able to. But I’m so limited. You know what I mean?

I went outdoors to get some snacks the other day during this snowpocalypse and I decided to hop around in the snow and just… species euphoria. I felt like I had a full body great horned/eurasian eagle owl shift. I could see my talons stamping in the snow!! I could see and feel my pale wings fluttering on my back. (Gaining a little lift).

The snowy weather and cold just made it feel as real as it could be. I was bundled up in my shirts and coat much like my soft feathers would protect me if I was wild. It all felt so beautiful, so free. I felt like the human cover im in was briefly shed for my true owl form that’s been here all along. My TRUE body.
