Delight your Easter celebration with these cute and delicious Easter Bunny Marshmallow Pops. Perfect for kids and adults alike, these sweet treats are easy to make and will add a festive touch to your holiday spread.
Ingredients: 12 marshmallows. 12 cake pop sticks. 1 cup white chocolate chips. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Pink food coloring. Black edible marker. Small pink candies for noses. Small black candies or chocolate chips for eyes. Shredded coconut optional, for fur texture. Small heart-shaped sprinkles for cheeks.
Instructions: Insert a cake pop stick into each marshmallow, leaving enough space to hold onto the stick. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add a few drops of pink food coloring to the melted chocolate, mixing well until you achieve the desired color for the bunny ears. Dip each marshmallow into the pink chocolate, coating it evenly. Allow excess chocolate to drip off. Place the coated marshmallows on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until the chocolate sets. Once the chocolate is set, use the black edible marker to draw bunny eyes on each marshmallow. Attach a small pink candy to each marshmallow for the nose. If desired, press small heart-shaped sprinkles onto each side of the bunny's face for cheeks. For added texture, roll some marshmallows in shredded coconut to resemble fur. Refrigerate the Easter Bunny Marshmallow Pops until fully set. Serve and enjoy these adorable Easter treats!
