#eastern bikes

Same bike but 2 different styles of build. Bike is definitely an eastern and from the research I've done it's one of there earlier full titanium frames I've only seen 1 other example of this on eBay and just the frame was going for $1500 US. I provided the serial number stamped on the bottom bracket so if anyone could plz give me a little info on it would be greatly appreciated
