MUST TRY COFFEE RECIPE!
I visited a Greek Festival in Atlanta Georgia this Saturday and had a blast! The culture was alive and vibrant with food, music, and dancing! But before I went I was told that I simply could not leave without trying to coffee, and I now understand why. It was like sipping something magical! They serve what's called a Greek Frappe, it's like an iced coffee with a lovely foam on top. The very next day I decided I HAD to learn how to make them at home! And my replica was so good I'm going to teach you how to now!
What you'll need:
Ice
2 tsp. Instant coffee
2-3 tsp. Sugar or sweetener of choice
2 tblsp. Water
Milk of choice (almond, coconut, cow)
A jar with a lid
And a glass
Now, take your jar and put in your instant coffee, water, and desired amount of sugar. You can also opt out of the sweetener. Screw the lid onto jar tightly and shake vigorously for 1-2 minutes. It should thicken into a foam. Pour this over the glass of ice and top with milk. It's that simple! And soooo delicious!
