I don’t know what it is about sweet peppers, but I am hooked! Couldn’t get the Shishito peppers this time at the grocery store so I thought I’d try these Cubanelles instead (Scoville Scale 100-1000). Roasted on a cast iron skillet, sliced and tossed in Chat masala plus black rock salt! What a super snack this is 🙌.
