RE: ConBRAVO - bicycle horn

  Hi friends! I hope you all have been enjoying your summer, but there are a couple things that need to be addressed right now that has made most of our mods disappointed in the community. At ConBRAVO we had some major issues. One being consensual touching and the other following rules and not being disruptive. We have made it perfectly clear that if you are going around touching someone and they feel threatened or uncomfortable and any of us hear about it, you will receive a ban from the meetups and photoshoots held at any con. Secondly, if you cosplay Gamzee we are now making it a rule that you cannot use a bicycle horn to meetups or conventions. If it is used as a prop for pictures, by all means go ahead but if we hear it being used, you will be asked to leave, as well as banned from the next meetup/photshoot. It was unbelievable how many complaints heard at ConBRAVO this year. That is completely unacceptable and embarrassing to all of us who are quiet and civil at conventions. Please refrain from causing any problems and making the staff post a new rule on the main page completely directed at homestucks.

Over all, we are pretty disappointed that is has had to come to this.
