If you guys were in My Little Maniraptor, what would your cutie marks be?
Or maybe I should have a collections drawer? Hmm…

Why on Earth don't you guys have cheeks? Is it proven that maniraptorans didn't have any?
We weren’t made with cheeks because there is nothing suggesting most of us had cheeks. Condors do have those non-fleshy cheek flaps, but they’re not in most extant maniraptorans. It’s contentious enough to try and infer fleshy cheeks, let alone those with no known osteological correlates!
-Remex
I take that Ebeff is not very bright?
You don’t say…
-Remex
Thoughts on sloths?
As an aside, tree sloths also have the distinction of being one of the few animals too boring for Savape to kill. She doesn’t know what she’s talking about, but for Ebeff’s sake that’s likely for the better.
-Remex
If any of you guys got the chance to meet your favorite person (or idol), who would it be and why?
Don’t fret, none of us has any idea what Dinky means either.

What if you guys were superheroes and fought palaeo-crime?
Skull would rather devote his time to taking over the museum and Savape would probably prefer to be a supervillain, but I’ll entertain the possibilities.
Zahavi… well, he’s practically got superpowers already.
Savape would be some sort of elite assassin.
Remex would be the super-intelligent genius. Let’s give him the ability to throw books with his mind if he needs to be in the action.
Ebeff would do something with those big claws, like demolition.
Skull would be mission control.
Dinky would do reconnaissance.
Me… yeah, I’ve got nothing.
-Ostrom
Ebeff, do you like peanut butter?
Good job, guys. You got Ebeff addicted to the stuff. We’re going to have to spend extra to get enough for him at this rate.
-Remex
How do you all get along, living together for the last hundred million years or so?
Haven’t lived together for a hundred million years, that is. Ebeff was the first of us to live at the museum, but he was considered a turtle-like reptile of sorts at the time. He’s gone through several renovations over the years. Some of us think he might still have a bit of turtle in him though.
Savape and I were next, as a display on John Ostrom’s work on bird evolution. You really don’t want to know what the two of us looked like back then. I learned to put up with her; if you’re going to spend your entire existence in the same exhibit as someone you usually have to. It didn’t hurt that she was more successful at getting food than I was, and I suppose I should be thankful that she never decided to kill me.
We didn’t pay much attention to Remex much until recently, but he arrived as part of an exhibition on feathered dinosaur specimens.
No one knows how Zahavi ended up here. It’s like he just poofed into existence one day. He taught Savape to use hammerspace to access a wider variety of killing methods.
Skull went on display not long after the description of Tsaagan. Some time after that Dinky flew in by accident and got lost in here, but Skull can tell you more about that story.
Apart from some disagreement about the amount of screentime that should be allotted between us, I like to think that we all get along and are willing to help one another out when necessary, but some of the others might beg to differ.
