ECCFPD Firefighters Battle House Fire on Bethel Island
At 9:22 am Tuesday, the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District responded to a report of a residential structure fire in the 4600 block of N Stone Road on Bethel Island.
It was reported that smoke was coming from a closet. Engine 53 arrived on scene to black smoke showing from the home on both the first story and second story of the home.
By 9:40, fire attack was started.

At 1:00 pm Sunday, the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District responded to a report of a vehicle crash on Highway 4 at Discovery Bay Blvd in the Town of Discovery Bay.

At 2:00 pm Friday, the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District responded to a report of a vegetation fire in the area of Vasco Road near Walnut Blvd in Byron.

Brentwood: Two Flown to Hospital in Separate Incidents Thursday
On August 6 at 2:17 pm, the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District responded to a report of a vehicle versus pedestrian in the 800 block of Second Street in the City of Brentwood.

For the third time this month, the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District has responded to the area of Holland Tract Road at Tranquility Bay Road in the Town of Knigthsen for a report of a vegetation fire.
The call came in at 2:14 pm Monday and a cloud of white smoke was reported as units were responding.
