I. Am. So. Sore. My. Goodness. Yeah, that's what happens when you deadlift heavy like never. -- Pre-class work -- 5:00 row 3x 12 GHDSU Max HSPU without falling off wall (5-4-3) -- class -- SKILL: 5x NFT 1-2 rope climbs 15' 8 alternating Cosack squats I did 9 rope climbs and ended up with extra squats because I kinda forgot to stop. These were new for us, so no weight. It's like a side lunge squat, alternating side to side. METCON: 12 min AMRAP 8 hang power cleans 115/75# 8 push jerks 8 burpee plate hops 7+18 RXd Terrible. Horrible. Ugh. I'm so weak overhead. The jerks were the death of me. And probably 70% no-reps. Moving so fast to just get done there's no way I was standing all of them up before starting my next rep. Also my coach/chiro says low iron definitely plays into performance as iron carries oxygen throughout the body. Gimme some iron supps; let's fix this! Doing day 4 tomorrow because this weekend is the ECCs!!! Basically like the East Coast games. And I'm so going to hunt down masscrossfitlady so we can meet!
