“You know, I'm kind of jealous that everyone else in the club had scenes outside of school too...“

“To think I’d find such a like-minded individual at this festival. How have you been, dearie? Have you come here to pay your respects to someone you’ve lost? Perhaps some loved one that has gone before you even?”
@ecliiipsa continued from here (x)
Panic had already set in and she felt as if she was going to lose her ever-loving mind. Waves of nausea fell over her like crashing waves as she continued searching the general area for her necklace. The clasp had been damaged in a fight but she was certain it would’ve held out for a bit longer. Her hands trembled at the loss of her prized possession before the young woman she had asked for help approached her once more.
Exhaling slowly, she tried to calm herself enough to speak without tripping over every other word. Keeping her eyes closed she gave her best description:
“It’s a necklace that belonged to someone very dear to me. It’s a princess style so it just hangs below my collarbone, has a lobster claw clasp. But it got damaged in a scuffle so that’s probably how I lost it. The pendant is like an elongated diamond shape. It’s an aqua color, and this part is gross, but it’s got blood inside the pendant that drips into the blue,” her eyes opened slowly as she looked at Eclipsa with large pleading eyes. “Is that enough to help?”
🌜- For a ‘weird’ habit or tic that no one knows about
Sometimes, if she wants to try and stay awake, she’ll count the ridges in the fabric of her ribbed sweater (assuming she’s wearing it.) While boring, it keeps her focused on something and keeps her eyes moving, and it also helps if she traces along the ridges with her fingers to keep count.
Doesn’t always work if she’s super tired, but for general, normal drowsiness it can keep her from falling asleep while waiting for someone to get back, or something.

Dropping his voice down to a whisper, he leaned in close to the other.
“I was in Golden Ward late one night just wandering around, when I caught part of a conversation between some of the locals. Somebody was asking the other two why they were rushing home so fast, and one of them gave him a look- a look like he should know the reason.” A bit closer...
“He said: ‘Why would I stick around here late at night, when the Werevampwitch might scoop me up as it’s next victim?’“
