She died from being murdered by a person on a bad drug trip that she tried to prank as usual. By the time she realized things weren’t going as normal, it was too late. She was stabbed in the back several times and had her wings cut off, she died of blood loss.
While she was dying, she was afraid and alone. She was too far away from the village to call for help, and too far away to crawl back before she died.
She possessed the bowie knife that her murderer killed her with.
She still has a few remnants of feathers on her back from the wings. They fall out and occasionally will grow back. Camellia is extremely sensitive and upset about the fact her wings were cut off, and life feels excruciatingly slow for her now.
Though, Camellia still wanders the woods around the mini village from time to time. She usually hides from regular-sized people however. I was going to say she never approaches regular-sized people but that’s not necessarily true. She actually feels like she can try to at least watch over and protect anyone she sees getting lost or harassed, hoping to save people who might have ended up like herself.
She still continues her work in aromatherapy but starts to fall out of habit with it. She also is troubled by the blood that seems to always remain on the knife, she is afraid the potent smell of iron clouds her ability to properly concoct potions.
Still dresses kind of revealing because it is what feels comfortable, but she is a lot more withdrawn and less pixie-like.
Actually bitter about love and romance, she feels like if one person could murder a fairy that anyone is capable of it and distrusts most non-minis (meeting Herve helps change her mind about this)
Due to her death style, she suffers from anemia symptoms now and then. She will still accept walk-in visits to her home for anyone who needs help though, but on a hard day she’ll spend a lot of time just resting in her quiet, well-ventilated home.
Definitely also has nightmares and sometimes is too afraid to be by herself.
Well my plans for what to draw didn’t go as intended... instead I ended up with a cute design? Might be a one-off but I kind of like them. This was @magnemehr ‘s input, I came up with something I actually really find cute LOL.I kind of like this lil glowy chubby snake.

Amets is male bodied with conflicting levels of estrogen in their body and identifies in the middle. They mainly grew up with their mother and aunt in New Helix and moved from the suburbs to the inner city when they were 15. To make up for a particularly rough bully in their school, Amets took up a particularly relaxed attitude and became a sleepy jokester. Amets likes art, usually just pencil or colored pencil. They went through a couple semesters of community college before dropping out in order to work.
Amets got hooked up with Bad Romance through trying to get a job at the bar. Since it seemed like a really family-like and supportive crew, they joined in and started living with the others. Amets sends money (both from crime and from paycheque) back with their mom and still goes back to visit once or twice a week and help with chores.
Not always but sometimes they do sex work, typically they will pick up gay men and doesn’t mind playing into the “pretty boy” role for some money. They also have a soft spot for other nonbinary people and takes very good care of them, especially if the client is coming from a background of being very insecure about their body or is not out yet.
The move Thunderbolt was a gift from their father before he passed away and Amets uses it like a tazer for self defense for the most part, but if necessary they will get creative. The power is generated in the cheeks and discharged from the tail like a typical Pachirisu. Rather than having the little horns on the chin like a regular Dunsparse, Amets has the horns on their head.

I actually bought a pad of black paper and a white gel pen, so Zoja was the perfect test subject! it was fun and I am learning more about how to work the pens. Thanks for letting me draw your cutie, @skullstrumpet !!
