Which one of those fandoms should I try getting in first ? Can you give me a summary of it?0u0
Sorry this took so long. Princess Tutu is a magical girl anime from 2002. It was made by the animation director from Sailor Moon and has some similar tropes. It is centered around the fairy tale The Prince and the Raven, which was made up for the show. Princess Tutu is partially about ballet incorporating themes from some into the episodes. I don’t know anything about ballet but still really liked it. Watch a subtitled version if possible because the voices are better. There are 26 episodes and 3 specials. The second season’s episodes are broken in half. Kino’s Journey is an anime set in a world with many isolated countries. It tells the story of a traveller, Kino, and her motor bike, Hermes. It deals with issues of morality and is generally thought provoking. Each episode could stand alone because they are each set in a different country, however they all add a bit to Kino’s story. There’s some blood. Ga Rei Zero is a paranormal anime which shows with the relationship between Kagura and Yomi, who are both part of spirit fighting families. It talks about issues with love and duty. It is a prequel to the Ga Rei manga but it works on its own. It came out the same year as Soul Eater so it was definitely overshadowed. It has slight nudity but nothing explicit, also some blood, and a bit of gore. Gunnerkrigg Court is a webcomic set in a world with distinct boundaries between technology and nature. A large part of the story is keeping peace and balance between the two. Sandra and Woo is a slice of life comic about Sandra, her pet Raccoon, Woo, and Her friends, Larissa and Cloud. It could be described as a geekier Calvin and Hobbes.
I honestly have no idea which you should get into first. Probably Sandra and Woo or Princess Tutu. Gunnerkrigg Court and Princess Tutu have the biggest fandoms.
