Out of all the Crystal Gems, she’s the most patient. She knows that eventually you’re going to clean up your mess or tie your shoe, so what’s the rush?
She’s always happy to play with you, but… She’s a bit… The word “competitive” comes to mind. And also the word “very”.
If you’re more of a play pretender, she’ll try to go along with it. She’s not great at acting things out, but she gives it her best.
She won’t let anyone tease you; even the other Crystal Gems get scolded if they start to take things too far.
She ALWAYS encourages silly behavior. You’re about to jump in a huge puddle? You’re going to go headfirst down the slide? You want to chase a chicken? She gives you a tiny smirk and says “Go on, then.”
And if your antics should ever put you in danger, she’ll shoot forward to protect you before anything can happen.
She CAN’T say “no” to your puppy eyes. She’s tried, and she simply can’t.
She can always tell when you need a break, and she helps you self-regulate when you’re having a hard time.
If you have anxiety, she’ll use her future vision to help minimize your fears. She won’t tell you what choices to make, but she’ll warn you if something scary is going to happen so you can prepare, and reassure you if everything is going to be fine.
She never criticizes you for mistakes. “You did your best, and that’s what counts.”
