Skillet Carbonara Pasta is a classic Italian dish that's quick and easy to make. It features spaghetti tossed with crispy bacon, garlic, creamy Parmesan sauce, and eggs, resulting in a flavorful and comforting meal.

Ingredients: 8 oz spaghetti. 4 slices of bacon, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 large eggs. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped parsley for garnish.

Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the spaghetti until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Put chopped bacon in a pan and cook it over medium heat until it gets crispy. Take the bacon out of the pan and set it aside. Leave the bacon fat in the pan. Put minced garlic in the pan and cook for one minute, until the garlic smells good. Add eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mix them together and whisk them. Put the cooked spaghetti and garlic in the pan, and then pour the egg mix over it. Throw it all together quickly until the spaghetti is evenly covered and the eggs are cooked through but still creamy. Toss the cooked bacon back into the pan after you add it back in. Add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving. Enjoy while hot!

Cook Time: 15 minutes
