Eisenmenger’s syndrome

Cyanosis: Blue

alright. this is how this syndrome goes down. the baby can be born with an ASD or VSD and that would lead to a Left-RIght shunt(normally red baby) then from the chronic pressure buildup on the right side. the Shunt becomes Right-left. This leads to deoxygenated blood to get to the Left side which then gets sent throughout the circulation. 

takeaway: The change in pressure from being High on the left to then shifting to the Right with High pressure leads to Cyanosis and hence Eisenmengers syndrome.
