I bought myself an electric mop as a little present because these are the gifts you give yourself when you’re a solidly adult age. 😂

This thing is SO satisfying. I don’t have to scrub or apply pressure. I just move it around and the pads on the bottom spin.

I moved in with my elderly mother during the pandemic because she was struggling and I don’t think she’s ever properly mopped the kitchen. She has a little swifter but her tiles are textured. I moved a rug and discovered the tiles are supposed to be a totally different color than they are right now.

So anywhere here’s a progress photo.

The brand is AlfaBot and I got it on Amazon. (I realized I probably shouldn’t talk about my satisfying new mop without sharing the name of it.)
