With Gustavo Santaolalla and Juan Campodónico at the helm, the album offers a vibrant and sophisticated journey through the soundscapes of the Río de la Plata, with a global outlook. There are moments of rhythmic intensity, almost party-like ("Pide piso"), and others of melancholic introspection ("Lluvia"), which reflect that Rioplatense duality between joy and nostalgia. Each instrument has its place, its moment to shine, and to enjoy this to the fullest I suggest listening to the album at night or with your eyes closed.
