Elena Marie DeMarco was born on February 07th, 1984 in Gubbio, Italy. She was the second born child of Sylvester and Sienna DeMarco, following behind Stephen only nine months later. She is most famously known for her contribution to the city and the creation of The DeMarco Hotel. On November 09th, 2005 she was found stabbed to death two blocks east of the family's hotel. Signs of attempted rape were present, yet no official suspects have ever been named in her case. On November 13th of the same year, she was laid to rest in Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery, located in Orland Park, Illinois.

Growing up with two headstrong siblings called for one of the bunch to rely on their heart— and that’s exactly what Elena did. Always seeing the best in others, she grew up kind, confident, and nurturing. Even after the tragedy of loosing her youngest brother and cousin, Elena managed to keep the candle lit and burning in her life. Depression hit home hard after the disappearance of Nate and Lilian- Sienna DeMarco being the main victim of the grief. So when duty called, Elena stepped forward and helped take control of the family right next to her mother. While she wanted absolutely no part of the violent criminal lives her family lead, that didn't change the fact that she loved and cared for her siblings- who also had no choice being born into this life.

At nineteen years old, she hit the jackpot- literally and in her heart. After coming across a steal of a deal for a vacant movie theater/apartment complex, Elena soon knew what she wanted to do with the rest of her life. Many months of demolishing and remolding the building lead the building to soon be seen fit to run a luxury hotel. Instantly, it became a hit and was one of the biggest attractions in the Windy City. Elena was at peace- for the rest of her life, she was going to serve guests and make visitors feel as if they were at home. This happiness soon came to an abrupt stop when Elena was found murdered, stabbed 13 times in an alley a few blocks over from the accomplishment she had built two years prior. The crime scene suggested foul play, attempted rape, and excessive torture was present on her body.

Elena DeMarco had always been far beyond her years. From her first steps down to the personal goals and aspirations she achieved, she had always put her best foot forward. Sylvester did his best with his little girl as she grew up, but she was soon no match for the aging man knowing that his baby girl was so much more than just independent. It was common knowledge to the people of Chicago that Elena had the mentality of a forty year old while only being in the body of a ripe twenty year old— but that was no excuse for her life coming to a short end.
