So it was just by happen stance that we were out with friends the other day and upon walking into a Vietnamese restaurant for lunch, I noticed the tiny brewery nextdoor. So during lunch naturally, I did a bit of research to see what they offered and figured I’d pop in for a growler to go. Turns out that they are more on the micro-micro brewery scale currently and don’t have growlers due to a supply and demand issue. Which I totally understand! But since we were there with friends and family I couldn’t stay to have a pint or two, they did however let me sample their “East Bay IPA” and I was quite surprised at how delicious it was. Super fresh as they had just transferred it that morning. It was full of aroma and had a slightly citrusy flavor that worked perfectly for the hot day it was. I’m going to have to head back and sample some more of their offerings and if you get a chance to give them a shot, I suggest you do. http://www.elevation66.com
