How would MC's dad react to female MC doing battle with and killing The Elf Queen before asking him if they want them to revive The Elf Queen even when they tried to kill them because they found out MC is their child.

Frankly, I think everyone would be relieved to see Amandil gone. She's nothing like her sister, the previous queen. Amandil is prideful, full of herself, cold and calculating, cruel. But she has such a mental impact on all the elves that half of them have come to think that their situation is normal, the other half fear her far too much and try to keep things under control, and there are a few who try to flee by going into voluntary exile from the Silent Lands.
