Ok, here’s Eli, seen here in her ‘up-do’ phase (didn’t last long tbh)

Layer 01: The Outside

Eye Colour: Deep Green

Hair Style / Colour: Long (dammit hairstyles) until post-main game, wheat-blonde

Height: 5′3 (thats 152cm ish)

Clothing Style: Natural: In battle, tighter and practical.  Out of battle, loose and as little of it as she can.  Takes advantage of more dyes to go bright when she can

Best Physical Feature: Mouth - very expressive, also ripe for kissing that was written by Solas and no one regrets that more than him Varric’s snickering now it’s a mess

Layer 02: The Inside

Fears: Enclosed spaces (being trapped), losing those she loves

Guilty Pleasure: Book-stealing, baked goods and arousing a partner in public ‘accidentally’ wait what?

Biggest Pet Peeve: Generalisations.  Wilful ignorance.

Ambitions For The Future: Doesn’t really have one.  Originally it was to be a Keeper who pushed the Dalish forward rather than hold them back.  Now?  All she really wants to do is close the Breach and stop Coryface.

Layer 03: Thoughts

First Thoughts Waking Up: Solas Breakfast

What They Think About Most: Solas Whatever theory she’s working on at the moment (this could be anything from examining the sensory results of interconnected Fade to Veil harmonics to whether or not dwarves dig up ancient chest-hair combs in their ancestors’ tombs.)

What They Think About Before Bed: Solas Will generally map constellations in her head to calm her mind enough to sleep.

What They Think Their Best Quality Is: Her curiosity and her desire to understand rather than jump to conclusions (see her Pet Peeves)

Layer 04: Either Or…

Single Or Group Dates: Group one on one is awkward and too much pressure and she’s First so it’s all a bit weird oh Fen’Harel’s fluffy bosom do they want to bone?  Bond?  Discuss culture and politics who knows!?

To Be Loved Or Respected: She doesn’t believe one can be loved without being respected.  Pass

Beauty Or Brains: Depends what she wants to use them for.  Pass.

Dogs Or Cats: Dogs.  You can’t really play with cats.

Lie: Rarely, but yes.

Believe In Themselves: In some things, yes.  Her abilities?  Yes.  Her worth as a potential romantic partner?  Definitely not.

Want Someone: Yes.  Quite a few people actually.  I mean, she’s never been this near so many people who aren’t elves, right?  It’s only natural. And yes there’s that one but he’ll smirk into his paintbrush if she admits it here so she’s not gonna

Been On Stage: Yes, she and her brother were almost always the lead parts in the festivals.

Done Drugs: Yes.  Once in a ruin.  There were spiders.  Fun was not had.

Changed Who They Were To Fit In: No - although she’s not above being very quiet and blending into the background if she’s unsure of what to make of a situation.

Favourite Colours: Red, turquoise

Favourite Animal: Otter

Favourite Book: The Dalish can’t afford to take books with them.  But now she has a library!  So all of them basically she’d take them all up to her quarters if she could.  If she has to choose one there’s this Compendium of Thedas Sweet Treats thats full of recipes and colourful pictures of cakes and things.  This she likes. 

Favourite Game: She always loved playing on the halla in the camp, now replaced by Harts.  She’ll often be seen taking her trusty steeds for races around the perimeter of the castle, especially if she’s had a stressful day.

Rotten forgotten ones, kid, you don’t write that out without code in a letter, even if the Templars are all rogue and killing each other often as the mages. That’s just common sense.

Can’t pretend I’d care about spirits in magic normally, but with the rifts all sending them in through holes, it could be useful. I’m no mage, but I studied the herbal healing a bit before I left my clan, and your work interests me - if nothing else, having a real healer here instead of a shem who thinks all there is to healing is bloodletting and bile will be useful. I’ve stitched my own self up rather than go to her, but with the rebellion and the breach, mage healers are tough to be had.

We’ve got one, Du Gris, but she’s nowhere near as good as your work says you are, and by the time she’s done with Bull the only magic’s she’s got ought to be kept in case of attack. I’ll meet you in Denerim with her. Maybe we can all teach each other something.
