Our adorable little fire breathing dragon of a daughter #EllaSalam is turning 2 today, الحمدلله. 🤲🏼 We’ve watched her grow & develop so much during this pandemic — running, dancing, laughing & becoming Jibran’s best (only?) friend more & more each day. 💞 May they always have each other’s love & support insha’Allah ... Cant help but think back to when she was just a few weeks old & had already started teaching us the true meaning of resilience + determination as she fought for her life in the NICU. 🏥 Two years later she is teaching us lessons about patience + self-reliance as she insists on doing everything by herself & in her own Ella Bella way 🤌🏼 ...
