Oh no. This was a terrible mistake. Ellinath had bought TOO MANY roses on accident. He ordered a single bouquet, but instead got 10 crates of bouquets. How in the name of the Sunwell did he fuck up that bad? Where was he going to put them all? His caravan couldn't possibly fit that many crates! His plan to be romantic with his husband was already turning out to be a disaster.
But he didn't give up. He was going to be optimistic and was going to try anyway.
The rest of the afternoon passed and eventually Sarlost returned from an outing with his sister. Immediately, the warlock knew something was up. There were roses everywhere. Petals lined the path towards the caravan's camp, and bundles of roses were tied up on trees and fence posts. It was extremely excessive, and he couldn't help but wonder what the heck was going on.
He continued and eventually arrived at the carriage, which was also excessively decorated with roses. Sarlost opened the door and saw his husband surrounded by, you guessed it, more fucking roses.
"Elli, you fucked up on something again, didn't you?"
The red head immediately lowered his ears and frowned. "Yeah........I tried....."
Sarlost laughed and stepped inside to scoop up the smaller elf into his lap. "It's okay...I appreciate the gesture." He kissed Elli and plucked a light pink rose to place into his husband's hair. "I still love you no matter what."
The next morning, the two still had the problem of what to do with 9 crates of roses.
