Suraj had felt fidgety as soon as they came home from their shift at Crashdown. Something about the loneliness made them pick up their camera. The battery was always full, Suraj rarely didn’t charge it. They charged it even more than their phone. The huge RED was heavy, but Suraj - though they didn’t look it - had used it so often they knew when to set it down.
They walked around the trailer park, it was late afternoon and already dark out, but the christmas lights gave the place a nice glow.
A familiar bark got their attention, though they didn’t take their eyes off the screen, instead panning the camera until Kevin was in the middle of the shot. They did a tilt, revealing Ellis. “Hey,” they said, knowing the other didn’t have any trouble being filmed. “Walking the dog?”
