I hope you don't see this as a bad thing but when I want comfort I come back to reread only the endings of Ember Burning (from the last dance on) and Raise the Barre (the epilogue) because the familiarity of it makes me happy because they're happy after all the suffering and I just love it so much!

Jimin has been wrecking me way too much lately and how he carries himself in the epilogue around OC is just so calm and real.

I think that's why your endings are always such good climaxes to me, you set what your characters have to "grow out off" and at the end they evolve in what they needed so the delivery is. So. Terrific!

I just finished reading your Ember Burning fic and it was amazing !! 🥺🥺 the characters, setting, char progression in oc, gentlemen jk, everything !!king jk and queen oc were so good together <3 although I am curious, how did the war with mors turn out?

Re: the war with Mor, I don't plan to write these at the moment, but I did draft this list of drabble ideas here, which include some thoughts on the war/after the fic! basically, yes, they survive and they win :)

I just finished rereading Ember and I wanted to say that one of my favorite things about your writing is how it makes me feel. The way the tension slowly built made my stomach swoop by the time he kissed her hand (and many times after). So many butterflies!! -🐮 anon
