We live in a world where we have sadly been programmed to have certain body "standards" Forgetting that we were ALL made unique and beautiful in our own way!!! Believe it or not; I used to have a lot of body insecurities and it has taken me 30 years to fully accept my Body As is, and not put myself down because I can't fit into certain "designer" jeans (Yea I called myself Fat not Believing I had Culo and thighs!) or trying to maintain a certain weight to keep a grind in the industry!!!
