The gizoid fidgets nervously ,out of everyone he wanted to see again cream was the one he was most nervous to see after all that’s happened,[uh hey cream-beens a long time its good to see you again]

Cream was carrying some flowers in her hand that she was planning to plant in the garden when she saw the Gizoid. At first, she thought it was Gemerl until she did another take and realize the colour scheme were wrong and once she realized who it was especially after he spoke, the flowers fell onto the floor, as her arms fell to the side with her expression widen.

Soon, tears filled her eyes before the rabbit launched her onto the Gizoid, pulling him into a tight hug, as millions thoughts came rushing in her mind before realizing that it didn’t matter...

“You’re here.”

All that matter that Emerl was here.

what  was  this   ?   it  looked  like  g-merl   /   but  with  a  different  paint  job  over  them.  well  whatever  they  were   /   they  somehow  missed  the  world  being  taken  over   ?   then  again   /   they  are  a  robot   ,   right   ?   (   maybe  they  were  just  rebooted   ?   but  then...   who  rebooted  them   ?   ).   questions  upon  questions   /   you’re  not  even  sure  where  to  begin.   yet   ,   they  seem  already  acquainted  with  your  accomplishments   /   yet  somehow  it  feels  like  a  needle  being  stung  in  your  memories.

❝    eh   ,   i  guess.   everyone  else  did  all  the  work.     ❞   even  when  you  try  to  forget  it   /  the  memory  of  that  sun  is  burned  into  your  mind.   all  the  feelings  you  felt   /   burnt  to  a  crisp  alongside  it.   until  it  all  went  black   /   waking  up  to  see  the  day  was  won   (   you  did  nothing  but  sacrifice  yourself   /   &   worrying  everyone  for  a  worthless  life  like  yours   ).   ❝    don’t  worry  about  it.   you  didn’t  really  miss  much.    ❞

Shadow feels pretty bad about just going gung-ho with the whole “we are both weapons” sort of thing. Now he views Emerl more as a sort of brother (he’s kind of like this with a lot of robot/bio-weapon individuals but since Emerl and Shadow Literally share some of their soul in a sense, he really does view Emerl as a brother.

And it really upsets him when he thinks about how Emerl went out and how he sort of contributed to that.

Anyways.

Emerl bends down n hands cream a box ,it was last minute sure but he did his best to remember what the rabbit liked,inside the box was a flower patterned dress with a big bow on the back,”merry Christmas cream!”

“Ah! Thank you, Emerl!” Cream smiled brightly, accepting the gift from the other, as she was excited to see what was inside and once she saw what was inside; her smile grew brighter than she latched onto the robot to give him a hug.

“Merry Christmas... And it’s wonderful!”

The Ultimate lifeform can’t say he feels all that comfortable around any robot other than E-123 Omega— and even that is only because Omega has proved himself to be a very useful ally to Shadow. He shares his disgust towards Eggman and his creations. They get along just fine.

          “That’s up to you, isn’t it? Should I feel uncomfortable?”

    Looking up from the manila folder, Shadow’s brows come together in a look that can only be summed up as “mild surprise.” The robot had been keeping himself busy, jabbing the air and mimicking Sonic and overall just…doing whatever it was Emerl did, and Shadow had contented himself to going through some of G.U.N.’s files on the ancient Echidnas in the meantime.

    There was so much they didn’t know. A whole civilization ———- just wiped out overnight.

    Shadow hadn’t been there to witness the showdown with Chaos, but he’s heard more than enough at this point. People continued to compare him to the blue hedgehog, and while Shadow’s memory was coming back in bits and pieces, he still couldn’t fathom why Sonic gave him such a morose look every time they ran into each other. Sure, the Blur would cover it up with a quip and a grin, but he continued to look … depressed. And Shadow couldn’t figure it out. Dealing with this second weapon of mass destruction was giving the Ultimate Lifeform enough of a headache. He didn’t need Sonic the Hedgehog’s emotional turmoil to deal with either.

    So when Emerl suggests they spar, Shadow is more than willing to put his files to the side. He gets up and takes a few confident strides towards the Gizoid. Black quills throw to the side as Shadow tosses a cocky grin Emerl’s way. “Won’t even break a sweat.” And with that, he drops into an offensive position, fingers dancing, Chaos Energy wreathing around his arms. “Don’t bore me, Gizoid.”

Sadegh Shams, researcher at the EMCRL has successfully defended his PhD thesis at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  The title of his thesis is, “Experimental, analytical and numerical characterization of effects of fiber waviness defects in laminated composites “
