The small park is empty and pitch black save for one puny, flickering lamppost. Under the quickly dying light a young woman lies on her stomach on a wooden bench, tapping away at a screen that flashes bright blue light onto her cheekbones. She reaches a point where she has to choose between three options on the screen, and as she emits a yawn, her thumb slips and selects one by accident. The screen flashes black signaling her failure, and she sits up and groans, one of her earbuds falling out, the cheery title screen theme blaring into the otherwise silent night. A surprised look paints itself across the girl’s face, and she lets out a confused sound when she pulls her phone out of her pocket.

“It’s 11:48 ?! I’ve been playing Love Love Mermaid Boyfriend 4 for six hours ! Oh my, it’s really dark out... I can find my way home usually, but it’s so dark that I can’t tell left from right. Now I’m really in a pickle, aren’t I?”

Togami was on his way into the kitchen for a cup of Luwak coffee. Eleven o’clock a little late at night for coffee, of course, but the heir was so used to the caffeine that it wouldn’t hurt. In fact, the hot drink might soothe his nerves enough to help him sleep instead. He was just getting a mug off of the rack when he turned around and caught a brief glimpse of someone else, causing him to nearly jump out of his skin. Someone was standing in front of the fridge, where an open door had been hiding them from view until he moved. 

“What on earth are you doing standing there with the door open? Choose something or close the door before you give me a heart attack,” he snapped, covering shock with anger. In the dim light coming from the fridge, he began to make out the figure: petite, large bust, hair resembling an ice cream cone...Ah, it must be Asahina.
