Enhypen With a Clumsy S/O

warnings: not edited, jay is dramatic, riki mentions you possibly falling into a pond... i dont think i swore?

Jungwon is constantly worried about you. He's always watching your every move. You keep him on his toes, he swears someday you're going to end up in the hospital 'cause you tripped over your own damn feet. He says that half of his paycheck is spent on bandages for you.

Heeseung finds it hilarious. He makes fun of you, too. You'll trip and for the next hour you'll hear him going "WHOOP-" and pretend to fall. You'll leave for work and he'll say, "Don't let the door hit you on the way out! Literally!"

You, sweetheart, are the reason that Jay will start greying early. You give him so much stress, he swears he'll go into cardiac arrest. He threatens to put you in a bubble, or wrap you in bubble wrap. It looks like he has children because everything is baby-proofed. Jay carries around a first-aid kit specifically for you.

Honestly Jake doesn't really realize how clumsy you are until he sees on the bruises on your legs. He questions you about it and you end up listing what each bruise is from. The table, the stairs, the wall... Only then does he notice just how frequently you tend to get hurt. He jokes around about having to get one of those leash backpacks for you.

Sunghoon is more... bewildered and amused than worried? You'll smack your head on an open cabinet door and he'll just sigh and chuckle before going to check on you. He likes to say that if it weren't for him and his "incredible" nursing skills, you would've irreparably injured yourself already.

Sunoo says you are the entertainment in his life. He almost makes you getting hurt into a game. "How many times will Y/N get hurt today?". He does this thing where, if he has to put a bandage on you, he'll let you put one on him in solidarity. Is it a waste of bandages? Yes. Does he care? Not really.

Ni-Ki... he causes many of your injuries. He doesn't mean to! He just forgets that you don't usually catch yourself when he "bumps" into you. He teases you a lot, just like Heeseung, if not more. You'll go to the park or something and he points out everything you could hurt yourself on. "Hey you could fall into that bush! or slip on the gravel! or get hit in the head by a soccer ball! Or-" "Riki..." "maybe someone will push you into the pond!" "RIKI!"

Heeseung is overprotective because of jealousy. Don't get me wrong, he trusts you and the boys, but he just can't help but feel something bad in his stomach when you're around them. He tries being in the room at all times.

Jay is overprotective because he doesn't want you to get hurt. The others are a little hectic at times and he just wants to make sure you're safe. He's just nervous they'll hurt you with a nerf dart or a stray lego. He tries sticking close to you so he's able to monitor the situation.

Jake is overprotective for no reason. He just is. He doesn't even really notice that his hand is always on your waist or that his grip on you gets a little tighter when one of the boys enters the room. He wouldn't even know what to say if you were to ask him about it.

Sunghoon is overprotective out of instinct. He has years of practice as an overprotective older brother and that carried on when he started dating you. He's watching your interactions very carefully, reading inbetween the lines, monitoring the others' intentions.

Sunoo is overprotective out of love. He often follows his heart, and if his heart tells him to stick closer to you when around the boys, then that's whay he's gonna do. He's just a little more... touchy?

Jungwon is overprotective out of necessity. As the leader, he usually has at least some respect from the members, which means that he doesn't have to be very protective of you. However, he's very stingy when it comes to pictures, vlogging, etc. when you're around. It's more for your own protection.

Ni-Ki is overprotective out of fear. He's the youngest, and you're probably his first real s/o, so he's not sure how to act. He tries to keep you away from the members because he fears that you'll prefer one of them over him. Maybe you'd like how Jay is more confident than him, or Sunghoon's visuals more than his, or Sunoo's easy-going-ness.

Heeseung's startled at first. Like he kinda jumps when he walks into the living room and sees your head on Jake's shoulder. Sure he's heard of new Engenes mixing him and Jake up, but he expected you to be able to tell the difference. He gently shakes you awake and goes "you know that's Jake right? not me?" and he frowns when you nod.

Jay doesn't exactly... care? Okay maybe he cares a little bit and gets a bit jealous, but then he feels guilty for feeling jealous because you've done nothing wrong. He'll probably do one of two things- He'll either ask the other member how they feel about you sleeping on them and act according to how they feel OR he'll just do his best to carry you to his bed without waking you.

Jake gets that one look on his face. You know, the one where his eyes get really big and he just stares incredulously. He looks at the other member in suspicion before either switching with him or waking you to ask why you're so sleepy.

Sunghoon is disgusted. Why would you choose to sleep on Jungwon's shoulder when your amazing, loving boyfriend is literally right next to you? He'll probably just look at the other member in mild distaste before taking your head off their shoulder and moving it to his. He does, however, make a mental note to keep an eye on you two in the future.

Sunoo, our dramatic boy, he has to fight every bone in his body to not make a big scene. He tells the other member off for letting this happen while simultaneously shaking you awake. Once you're awake, he goes into caring boyfriend mode and says that, if you're really that sleepy, you can go lay in his bed and he'll be in there soon with a laptop to watch a movie. Of course, he blames the other member for you sleeping on them. You could never do anything wrong.

Jungwon is another one that doesn't really care. He knows you're tired, and he knows that some of the members are really comfy to nap on. Heck, he's even slept on them before. He's not mad. He'll probably just gently wake you up and remind you that his bed is free if you want. He'll even offer to carry you.

Ni-Ki is a brat. We all know it and love him for it. Sure he's slept on the other members before, he's even slept in the same bed as Sunoo before, but that doesn't mean that you can!! He's gonna nag you until you wake up. Poke your face, mess with your hair, he'll do it all. Once you're up, he'll tease you relentlessly. At the end of it all, though, he's still your boyfriend and, if you're really that tired, he's down to take a nap with you.
