N. What was the worst nightmare you ever had?
The worst nightmare I’ve ever had? It’s been a long ass time since I’ve had a real-ass nightmare; one that REALLY frightened me. Usually my dreams are just ridiculous and involve things like me as a superhero with a patio deck as my super sidekick, or a town with a river that eats people and demands sacrifice or it will throw giant koi fish out at people to devour them.
To actually answer the question instead of rambling though, the one I remember most vividly that frightened the shit outta me was when I was very young and I dreamed that a witch was chasing me through a candy-land style forest, trying to eat me. The forest was cartoony, but she wasn’t- she was ugly as sin and looked monstrous and was actually pretty fucking terrifying. Obviously it wouldn’t scare me now, but it definitely did back then.
S. Would you rather be the only person in the world that can read minds or have everyone else in the world be able to read minds except for your own?
I would rather be the only person able to read minds simply because a world with people reading each others minds would be incredibly violent and scary. I may not be able to deal with it after a while; but I would certainly try to live with hearing people’s thoughts over dooming the rest of the world for my own peace.
X. You can eliminate one of your five senses to substantially strengthen the others, which one and would you do it?
Hmm. I probably wouldn’t do it, but if I had to, I’d get rid of my sense of smell. I use it very little beyond people telling me something smells good, bad, or odd. Eating food would be lame if everything tasted slightly more bland. I would miss it sometimes, definitely, but it’s probably the best choice in my opinion.
On the brightside, I’d be getting amazing hearing and eyesight, as well as taste; which might just override the lack of smell or at least negate it slightly. On top of that, I would have an even better sense of touch, which would…yes. Yes, please. TAKE MY SMELLING SENSE TAKE IT LORD JESUS
