Decided to do some baking on a whim.

Gingerbread biscotti

I procrastinated horribly this year, and my cookies still aren't done, so I've been up since 6 baking. BUT, these brownie cookies are so worth it 😍

Made some spoopy treats for Halloween!

Did some "reverse trick-or-treating" and dropped goodie bags off for some friends and the cookies seem to be a hit! Really liking how my royal icing skills are progressing.

spent the day making toaster tarts with raspberry jam filling

Tomorrow starts day 1 of my great baking project. Ellie’s recipes are coming to life, and my kitchen is going to be a glorious mess.

I’ll post recipes as well as photos, and mark which chapters they go along with :)
