So I'm pretty it's my birth control that's making me feel anxious and bitchy and STILL CRAMPY A WEEK AFTER MY PERIOD. I'm gonna switch back to Tri-Sprintec I think. I'm currently on emoquette and lemme tell ya how accurate that name is.

A PCOS Post is Needed.
Let me start off by saying that since this months period is FUCKING AWFUL, I will probably be switching birth control pills AGAIN. Im so freaking tired of missing school and getting stressed over it because of my periods being so bad. My cramps were so bad today that it now feels like I pulled a muscle in my lower stomach and back. My prescription Naproxen Sodium pills are not helping and I'm going throught atleast one tampon every hour. This is awful. Since I started Emoquette three months ago my acne has cleared up, I'm not spotting in between periods, and I'm kinda losing weight but Id rather deal with that shit than these periods. I wish they'd do another ultrasound to check for cysts and whatnot because I have a knot where my ovary is and idk what it is. I know I had a cyst last week but if it's that big there's a problem. Also, it'd be nice to just have a normal period where I'm not going through three boxes of tampons and a bottle of Advil. I'm so frustrated..
The Alabama-based maker of generic drugs is currently recalling a variety of birth control pills because of a teeny, tiny little mistake related to the factory putting the pills "in the wrong places inside plastic packages."
That mix-up means women could be getting the wrong pills during the month, leaving them "without adequate contraception, and at risk for unintended pregnancy," according to the company's notice about the recall.
The affected pills are: • Cyclafem 7/7/7 • Cyclafem 1/35 • Emoquette • Gildess FE 1.5/30 • Gildess FE 1/20 • Orsythia • Previfem • Tri-Previfem
