Supportive conversation can also mean constructive criticism. It's not always hate and shouldn't be perceived that way. That said, destructive criticisms are masked as support sometimes. Some people don't know how to support and that's ok too. Support can be in the form of prayer, a smile, encouragement, advice, presence, money, or marketing. Stop focusing on ppl that don't advance you in some kind of way. They are literally a waste of time and thought. #empowerhour #hope #focus #power #inspiration #2017

My hardest lesson. I need to humble myself and learn that when you enter a new space, people don't necessarily want you to change anything. Input tends to look like nitpicking and suggestions to someone that has an ego looks like you are trying to make them look stupid or take their power. My garden needs tending and if someone wants advice, I'll give it.
