Ofc! Hmm, where do I start? I have so much lore, augh, so I think I will just establish the (fixed) structure of CESI's agency

CESI runs/is the head of an investigation agency (it has a name, but I'm currently in the process of changing it because I dislike the old name - Edit: The new name is PointBlank) that deals with the investigation of crimes. Originally, I had CESI written down as a crime scene investigator, but I later removed that from her refs because she's technically not just a CSI and her agency does not encompass only CSI work.

In her agency there are 9 higher-ups, 5 of them which are ENAs, which tends to be shocking due to the fact ENAs are disrespected and typically seen as a lower class. The other 4 are non-ENA entities.

The authoritative power of the 9 higher-ups is organized in a hierarchal fashion. I shall elaborate below:

The Arke:

The head/the... BOSS (😱). Only one individual occupies this position: CESI (ENA). She has authoritative power over all members and operations in her agency

The Hands:

Two individuals occupy this position. they work directly under the Arke.

The Right Hand: The individual that is in charge of the workers and operations of the Right Hand branch, which deals primarily with off-site work, mainly documents, analyzation, and interviews (of suspects/witnesses). Occupied by Rena (ENA)

The Left Hand: The individual that is in charge of the workers and operations of the Left Hand branch, which deals primarily with on-site work, mainly evidence collection, preservation, and striking. Occupied by Kho (Non-ENA)

The 6 Phalangi (Fa-Lan-Ghee):

The 6 subordinates of the Right Hand and the Left Hand. They manage operations in the respective branch. They have a similar role to the Hands, but their work is more spread out due to there being 3 individuals per branch.

The Proximali (plural: Proximales): The individuals that handle broad operations of their respective branch. You could call them "Organizers" or "Assigners"

The Right Hand Proximali: Occupied by Arcrilles Porra (Non-ENA)

The Left Hand Proximali: Occupied by Leka (ENA)

The Distalus (plural: Distali): The individuals that handle finite operations of their respective branch. You could call them "Directors" or "Supervisors"

The Right Hand Distalus: Occupied by Au'Decplau (Non-ENA)

The Left Hand Distalus: Occupied by Kela (ENA)

The Intermedial: The individuals that coordinate and resolve translation issues of any work by or going between the Proximali and Distalus of their respective branch. You could call them "Coordinators" or "Mediators." Note that, if needed, these individuals can also assist in any of the Proximali's or Distalus' work.

The Right Hand Intermedial: Occupied by Rili (ENA)

The Left Hand Intermedial: Occupied by Will-Eye-Am (Non-ENA)

All other workers which are not higher ups are general workers, called Osstes, and transporters/messengers, called Ferries.

Hope you like my little lore dump. I would elaborate more on some non-agency-related lore stuff, but for now I'll just be focusing on the agency stuff here, as this post is already very long. I am currently working on pushing lore out, but being busy can really be an ass 🫩 If I do get more questions or asks about lore I will be glad to answer them!
