Is was a little to quiet in the casita for Felix and Augustine. The two men were on the patio when the both had a similar thought.

“I would love to hear Julieta’s laugh right now. It brightens up any room!” August (A/N: is that an acceptable abbreviation? ) said.

“Pepa has a nice laugh too! It’s so cheerful! And squeaky.” He mutters the last part as an afterthought.

One thing led to another and now….

Julieta has zero clue what her husband was doing. He , all of a sudden, came into her room and gave her a hug from behind .

“Hello, mi amor~ was there anything you needed?” She spoke lovingly .

“Mhm hmm.” He hummed into her shoulder.

“Well what is it?”

“Your laughter.” He spoke abrubtly, before squeezing his wife’s sides rapidly.

“Mihihi amhohor ! Phohor quhuhue! (My love! Why!) “

“Because i love you~ and your laughters adorable!”

He wasn’t lying when he said her laughter brightened up the whole room.

Pepa was in a similar situation. Hugged by her husband, being tickled to bits.

“Felihihix! Stohohop!” She squeaked out.

“No can do mi vida~ your laughter makes my corazón swell with joy!”

If Pepa wasn’t ..ahem.. occupied.. she would have commented on how poetic the line was.

Slowly a rainbow started to form over Pepa’s head .

She was happy .

The husbands were happy, smiling at their wives beautiful laughter and thinking ..

Summary: Mirabel is teasing her familia for losing a game, they end up winning.

Plot twist

Mirabel , Pepa and Dolorés were lining up for a game(what game ? It dosent matter) everyone was tense, eyes full of challenges and determination.

It was a pretty even match, but in the end the winner was….! Mirabel.

“Woo! In your face guys!”

The other two rolled their eyes in preparation and annoyance of what was to come

“Seriously I killed it out there! Number one madrigal? Me! “

After a minute or so of this, the other side of the familia locked eyes and smirked, they had a plan to get her to stop boasting.

“Oh, yes, mirabel, you are the best madrigal by far.” Dolorés said with a slight mocking tone.

“But you forget , you have one vital weakness.”

…

“Your ticklishness! “

Then the two girls pounced, locking Mirabel’s arms above her head and digging their fingers into her ribs, ripping a squeal out of the gift-less girl.

“Eek! Hehehey!”

“Where’s all that cockiness from before , huh?” Pepa teased , causing Mirabel’s face to erupt in a light pink blush.

“Aww. Your so ticklish! It’s adorable!” Dolorés cooed, intensifying Mirabel’s flustered and embarrassed feelings.

“Stohohop!”

“Hm(Dolorés squeak tm) let me think about it… no!”

Thankfully, the girls were keeping the tickles light and gentle, Mirabel didnt think she could handle intense tickling and teasing at the same time .

“Plehehease stohohop!” Mirabel called out, just ready for this to end.

“Okay…. If you apologize for being a boasting , cocky, brat!” Pepa smirked, expecting her to put up a fight, but was pleasantly surprised when immediately, Mirabel responded with,

“Okahahay! Ihihit sohohorhihi fohor behehehinhing aha brahahat.” She giggled out.

The two girls immediately stopped.

After Mirabel recovered she told them both,

“well, whoever’s writing the story of my life needs a raise! I sure wasn’t expecting that plot twist!”

Hysterical

Summary: 5 yr. Old Isa and Dolorés are making fun at Pepa’s hysteria as Julieta tries to calm her down. The sisters teach them a little bit about being hysterical.

Hysterical

Julieta and Pepa were preparing for a little gathering at the Casita , decorating and making the food, respectively. At the prime age of 35, they were very energetic and enthusiastic.

*CRASH* one of the plates fell off the table , shattering and getting glass all over the party favors that were sitting there, waiting to be set up. Pepa, who was about to grab said party favors, started panicking, causing a wind storm to brew above her head. “How did this happen?! On MY watch! What are we going to do? What if someone cuts their hand , we can’t give these out!” And on she went.

I’m her panic, she didn’t notice the two little five year olds, Isabella and Dolorés coming out of the room they were locked in. Dolorés wanted to check it out, as she had just gotten her gift recently and was still getting used to all the loud noises. Isa had had her gift for a few months now, so she was used to it.

Seeing her tía’s panicked face made young Isa giggle. She started mocking her panicked expression and wandering around, flaring her arms wildly. Dolorés, although confused at first, eventually got the message and joined in.

Julieta, noticing this, finished up calming down her hermana, then told Pepa what was happening on the other side of the room

“Hermana, I think our children escaped, and their mocking you”

“What?! How did you guys get out!” She said, shocked.

Wait a second… “And why are you mocking me?!”

This just made the young girls giggle harder.

“You know… everybody gets hysterical sometimes. It just happens to Pepa more often, because she has a lot of emotions. “ Julieta said with a soft voice.

The girls completely ignored her.

“I don’t think just telling them is gonna help. We have to let them learn what hysteria feels like “

Pepa looked at Julieta, who looked back. They both understood.

“How about … we have you go through a little hysteria, hmmm? “ Julieta spoke, tone still soft , but with a teasing lilt to it.

“Wha-? “ Tiny Isa said before being scooped up by her tía and raspberried right in the middle of her stomach.

“Ee! Ehehhahahah! “ she squeaked , tiny little giggles flowing out of her.

Julieta took over Dolorés, but before starting whispered to her “if it gets to loud, tell me okay, sobrina? “

Dolorés nodded, before scrunching up her face in a wide smile as her tía started poking her thighs. “Your Máma was always so sensitive here, do you think it’s genetic!”

“Ehhehhehee! Hahhhah! tíahahaha Juhuhulihihietahaha!”

“Yes, little mouse?”

“Ihihit tihihihicklehehes!”

“Oh, does it now? Good!” She said, only picking up her tickling.

Pepa was just as ruthless , squeezing Isabella’s knees and scribbling over her ribs.

“Hahahahaheee! Stohohop !”

“Stop what? I’m not doing anything ! “

“Yhohour ticklhihihing mehehe!”

“Oh , am I? I didn’t even notice!”

Jump ahead a few minutes, and both little girls have tears of joy in there eyes and smiles as wide as the sea.

“See? Who’s hysterical now, hmm?” Pepa chuckled , before casita dropped a clock in front of them and the sisters gasped and yelled out-

“THE PARTY!”

B: pepa was having an emotional moment and juli was trying to calm her down but Isabela and Dolores couldn’t stop laughing at what was going on

There was a party. It was pretty common for festivals and other celebrations in the Encanto at the time.

Julieta and Pepa , who were around 35 at the time, decided to bring their only daughters, who were pretty much the same age at around 5 years old.

The kids were watching as their mothers danced with eachother , then started mocking them. Dancing horribly on purpose to poke fun while giggling like crazy.

“What’s going on over there , niños?” Julieta called from her place on the dance floor.

“I think I know, hermana .” Pepa replied, looking over with a knowing expression.

“And there it is.” Sue finished off.

“Are you two mocking us?” Julieta asked rhetorically.

The two just giggled harder.

“What’s so funny, huh?” Pepa asked, sharing a look with Julieta that they both understood.

“If you like laughing so much, why don’t we help you out!” Julieta called , before pinning Isabella in her arms and squeezing her sides.

“Mahahhamá! “

“Yes, hija? “

“It thihihickles!”

Dolorés wasn’t faring much better.

“Hehehehey!”

“What? What is it?”

“Stohohop thahahaht! Dohohohont! “

“Don’t what?”

“Thihihickle mehehehee! “

“Well, if you insist!”

After the parents were done, it took a long time for the children to recover, but they definitely learned something from that interaction.

Luisa sighed and said "Tonito, understand that I really don't have time right now. I promise I can definitely play with you today, be patient for a bit"

However, Antonio did not want to wait. He began to poke her side.

"Luisaaa, pleeease play with me now!" — He said

"Ay! You little-" — Said Luisa in surprise — "Well, do you want to play right now? So I'll arrange it for you!"

And then she grabbed Antonio(gently) and began to tickle his sides

"EHEhahEhaha priHIma StoHOp!!" — Little animal boy started to giggle

"Oh stop pretending, you wanted to play~" — Luisa said in a teasing voice

Tonito knew that he himself wanted to play with Luisa, so he didn't say anything and blushed, still laughing

And Luisa began to tickle Antonio a little faster, but still gently, since he is still small

"EHEHEHEHAH PRIHIMAHA STOHAP! AHAH!!" — Tonito's laughter got even louder

"But why? We've only just begun~" Luisa answered

"LUHUISAHAH PLEAHAHASE STAHAHAP!!"

After a couple of minutes, Luisa still stopped

Antonio didn't say anything to his prima because he actually liked it

"You know what, I think that I can still postpone my business until later. In the meantime, I can still play with you a little more" — Luisa said to her primo with a cheerful smile

"Yay! Then let's go to my room and play with my animal friends!" — Antonio said happily

"Hah, okay!" — Luisa answered.
