1. A man comes running up to your group, his eyes wild with fear and excitement. “You!” he declares, jabbing his finger at you all. “You! You seem strong!” A woman comes running up behind him, looking exasperated but also afraid. “Ignore him,” she urges, but he keeps talking. “You can help us!” He proclaims. “Help us banish the evil spirit that has taken over our home!”
2. Is someone in your party wearing the color red? They better not be! Turns out, that color is illegal to wear in this town, and if someone’s got that color on them, the local constable is headed your way!
3. Someone is following your group. Badly. Every time one of you looks around, a short man with a tall pointed hat, a face covered in a veritable cloud of beard, and thick robes is shuffling quietly along about five feet behind you all. When he realizes he’s been spotted, he immediately pretends to be looking in a window, or glancing at a nonexistent watch on his wrist, or just…stops and covers his face with his hands.
