- you are not faking your amnesia, dissociation, parts, cptsd symptoms etc just because some jackass on the internet told you so

- you would still have valid plurality even if you didn't have didosdd

- you don't need to have didosdd to be plural

- your plurality is completely valid

- your disorder is even more valid

- YOU know yourself the best

- it's okay to be wrong about having didosdd, we ALL make mistakes sometimes, and you shouldn't be hard on yourself for it

- you're allowed to be sad, mad, happy etc about your disorder, every experience is different

- being self dxed is valid no matter what

- you not being diagnosed doesn't mean you don't have it
