Gah! I can’t believe I’m so late to watching Killjoys! I thoroughly enjoyed this ep. The initial awkwardness for our killjoy trio was adorable and while it may have seemed like they slipped back into team mode fairly easily after that, I think of them as soldiers on a mission so I don’t think its such a stretch for them to slip back into routine for the sake of their objective.
For all the things I loved though (Alvis! Alvis and D’av! Killjoy trio badassery!) I’m stuck on all the Johnny and Dutch goodness. Gosh darn they’re adorable! I mean “Idiot, I only want to killjoy with you” ahh! Right in the feels. I also loved that we got more insight to how they met, I need a flashback of that lol. They are my fav brotp. I wont lie I crackship them but I’ll enjoy them as they are.
This whole thing with Khlyen being level six (he gives me an AI vybe), and Dutch’s father (royalty maybe?) and freaky plasma computer I sense a war coming. Dutch’s origins are obviously important. D’av vowing to payback Khlyen for her not because she needs him to protect her but because he wants to...I’m here for that. This show is really getting stronger as it goes IT NEEDS TO BE RENEWED.
