Guys I am in need of advices. I have less than a week before my first exam of this session, and I am pretty tired. I have a good routine, and I get enough sleep at night, but I am mentally tired and my focus is not always perfect. At the same time I find myself yawning way more that I usually do. So any advices to help with that? I really need to be as lroductive as I can be, so I need to be energetic and mentally focus.
