Today’s #MondayMaker is @cakesbygray ! Melissa Gray is an incredible pastry chef here in Asheville, NC who specializes in customized cakes. Her work is creative, polished, and diverse— she can range from cutesy cakes to very elegant, refined ones. And not only do her cakes *look* incredible, she also has a wide range of mouth-watering flavors such as strawberry basil, vanilla chai, peach bourbon, cranberry sage... should I go on? 🤤 A business owner and mother, she churns out an amazing amount of confections. She also just opened a new restaurant in Asheville called @rosabees — Hawaiian inspired small plates, cakes, and cocktails 😍.
