reconsidering e9 core again after being set on so4 for like a year...

if im allowed to start. eight by sal works for catra because yeah obviously. but catra isn’t a core eight enneagram wise. she’s a sx4. she def has a 8 fix but like, cmon. catra’s whole thing is Envy, manufactured by shadow weaver. most of her time on the show has been reaffirming the 4′s passion, believing she’s fundamentally lacking and flawed, missing something other people have. it’s the dichotomy shadow weaver gave her- that adora is special and she isn’t, etc etc.

actually more pressed about adora’s enneagram, since 1 core adora is sooo unserious. i mean i get why people think she’s a 1, since that’s how she sees and presents herself- as this moral person who is good, etc. she’s a 3. she’s obsessed with earning love and approval, since that’s how things worked for them as kids. a lot of the things she does is to reaffirm the image she’s been given and ascribes to. she has to maintain her ability to always stay in control, efficient and on the grind. and so on.

both of them are heart/image triad types and it shows! they’re not gut types come on.

for someone who does enjoy enneagram sleeping at last a lot i do think it’s very bad at ennea

adora not even having a 3 fix for her consensus enneagram vote on pdb is so ridiculous. literally the most 3 core character ever and she's typed 126? dont do this to me
