They would have to be good at all aspects of fighting demons, but I like that Phoebe, who ends up a writer, is doing the spells, Piper as the trained chef is doing the potion and Prue, just as Prue, is stabby stabby.
It always infuriates me to watch this. You’ve just been to your grandmother’s funeral. Your sister is clearly in a great deal of pain. You know what? Stay one more fucking hour and let her cook for you.
Book pages!
I wonder what’s written on that second page there. I hope a ghost didn’t take up a whole page scrawling some note that’s only relevant in one circumstance.
Seriously, though, is it a warning about witch trials? A comment on the use of peppermint in potions? Tell me your secrets dammit!
Meanwhile, what is up with that news report.
I’ve always wanted to know what number Phoebe was going to go with...
Again, I 100% don’t believe the writers were fully prepared for Shannen’s departure, but HOLY SHIT the foreshadowing
I have several thoughts about this moment:
1. I hope they weren’t being literal when they said Piper had to “move out again”, as in, they waited until she moved all her stuff back in THEN said she could move into Prue’s room, because GOD
2. Prue’s room is twice as big? That’s a big freaking room. It must be the master bedroom, which means it must’ve once been Penny’s.
3. Piper’s feelings after Prue’s death must be very complicated. She’s in the room Prue used to sleep, but it wasn’t Prue’s room at the end, because Prue moved to “Piper’s” childhood room (which again confuses me because I think the layout means there are only three bedrooms in the house). The point is, I wonder if after Piper’s death she lies awake at night, staring at the ceiling, thinking how Prue used to sleep in this room.
