Once again, From did the most horrible scene in the simplest way:
There. Some random place on a hill with a stone painted by a child in cheerful colors. That's not that bad, right?
Wrong.
The implications, the heartbreak. Knowing that Victor, as a little child, had to carry his mother's maimed body there (and his sister's) to bury her. He had to dig the grave and bury her and then he decided to paint a rainbow and some flowers on a stone to mark the place.
'I tried to make it pretty. The way she would have liked it.'
And this?
Even worse.
'Is that Eloise?'
'I think so. All I found were pieces. She was so small. There wasn't much left.'
😭😭😭💔💔💔
(Henry wasn't the only one whimpering in that scene, I scared my cat.)
