is 13 cards the modern version of eddsworld
Technically speaking I guess you COULD call it that, huh. Like. Like they kind of have the same flavor of DNA don't they. Though I don't know if you could call it the MODERN version- actually. no yeah you could
Eddsworld became a thing in 2003 and Fedors entire universe started in like. 2010 I think? It's been a popular thing in Russia since then but the animated series only started last year. And it features a guy who is/is based off of the guy who created the thing and has been drawing this since he was a teenager.
I have thought about this before actually, Eddsworld and 13 Cards do feel similar to me just in how exactly they were brought up and I guess that's why both are so charming to me. I used to be really into Eddsworld. Not anymore, I don't really pay attention to modern Eddsworld stuff nowadays. But like, you get it
It's Eddsworld if you want more consistency and magic and more than three guys
Vik Muniz, 'Equivalents' series, 1993
There’s some Game of Thrones levels of competition for the Star Wars versions of Avatar: The Last Airbender’s most complex characters.
Equivalents is a series of photographs of clouds taken by Alfred Stieglitz from 1925 to 1934. They are generally recognized as the first photographs intended to free the subject matter from literal interpretation, and, as such, are some of the first completely abstract photographic works of art.
