Got kinda heated over something I saw on twitter and I’m going to say with full confidence I believe Eri could beat Ivor in a fight.
First off, Ivor doesn’t have a lick of strategy in his whole body. I haven’t played ZA in a while, but it seems like his main strategy is literally Justice Punching Things. He’s a total brute.
Eri’s smart, and as we’ve seen her running a lot in her training, she’s mobile. I trust that she’d be able to dodge the hits and attack his weak points. Since she’s a grappler and not focused on knocking him out, she’d be trying to knock him over. And since he has to be close enough to punch her, she has access to his legs.
I admit I don’t know wrestling all that well but I did consult my friend who’s a wrestler and he also confirmed that Eri does have an advantage.
She’s not invincible, though. And Ivor is scary strong. If he lands a good hit, she’s out, but I do think she’d be able to prioritize avoiding his punches long enough to win.
