A warm day in a Parisian Park. Something Hana never thought she’d be able to experience.
Never in her wildest dreams would have thought she’d ever get to see such a glorious sight. The crisp breeze, the leaves swaying gently, and the architecture of Paris.
Her joy was short-lived though as she heard Yukari calling her.
“ Hana-Chan! It’s time for the shoot!”
She let out a sigh as she walked back over to the cameras and the props. Today was to be her first shoot in Paris, alongside a guy named “Adrien Agreste.”
Hana had heard the name in Port Azul, the model for the fashion bigshot Gabriel Agreste. Mitsuru and Yukari had struck up a business partnership with the man, and an arrangement for her and Adrien to pose at this spot. The contract had been drawn up, and the hope would be that everything would go smoothly.
She took a deep breath as she glanced around, she saw a blonde guy conversing with a nervous looking girl in pink jeans. Her first thought was maybe she was his girlfriend given the look on their faces.
She didn’t want to bother them, but she did have to properly introduce herself. They hadn’t met, and Yukari wanted Hana to make friends while in Paris.
“A-A- Are you Adrien? Oh...um..S-S-Sorry to interrupt…”
The contracts between the two agencies was a pretty big deal - no less because Gabriel Agreste himself was personally involved, but because the Americas were as well! Both industries [Gabriel being ONE himself] were a force to be reckoned with, and having both on board with one another promised to be a smashing hit next season! If everyone on site hastily making preparations for a simple photoshoot was any indication of the importance of the day! Certainly it was proof enough of that!
There were rarely shoots that involved a select number of people. Most artists had with them a slew of students or star prospects, apprentices or assistants! There really was no telling just how many would flood the grounds.
The artists were not always so gentle with the way they handled Adrien. Constructing the appropriate scene for a photo shoot took work, dedication, and about a thousand different hands positioning, posing, powdering, primping! The director had a vision for bringing to life the product he represented and would not be satisfied until it had been brought to fruition. All parties must have a vested interest in making that reality possible, up to and including their humble model!
One might think that having so many people clustered about would make security all the harder to ensure. That wasn’t the case there.
Immediately upon the strangers approach, Adrien’s personal guardian stepped to intercept, the Gorilla casting a nasty glare that would usually stop the most hardened soldier dead in their tracks.
In a blink, Adrien had wandered up to stand near his side, pitting himself between the stranger and his guardian before something more unsavory could take place. “Oh, you must be Hana, right?” He didn’t know much about the partner he would be working with, not even if it was her first shoot in general. He knew it was probably the first one she had so far away from home, smack dab in the middle of a creative flutter of activity that could be overwhelming enough on a good day!
“It’s absolutely fine! I was just about to start getting ready. Wanna join?”
