Very happy to announce that the film Mdree-Bahree Land of the Sea will be screened and a talk about its relation to utopia, will be presented at this upcoming project, titled Utopia School in Cph, Denmark August 2016.
There will be lectures in regards to Asylum Politics in Denmark, Afrophobia, People's Kitchen/Field Trip, Practical Filmmaking, decolonizing Utopia film theory etc. Everyone his welcomed to join in, on the workshops/lectures/Q&A as well as the film screenings.
Ps: There will be screenings of a few other short films and the class will be every Wednesday and Sunday evening in August.
